You must be registered as a student, counselor or parent to access the CIS University Exploration Day to browse through the virtual university booths, watch recordings and live sessions, access resources and most importantly - connect with university representatives via the chat box in their booths.

Please ensure you’ve completed your registration by following the steps below.

Registering for the Fair

• You can begin your registration by visiting the fair’s homepage and click the 'Register here' button. You can also find this button on the top of this page.  
• Fill out your information and click 'Save and Continue' until you reach the confirmation page. 
• Once you've reached this page, you will receive a confirmation email. A few days before the date of the fair you will receive an e-mail from us notifying you that the booths are available for preview. 

Modifying your Registration / Completing an Incomplete Registration

• You can make changes to your existing registration or finish your incomplete registration by visiting the fair’s homepage and clicking the 'Update your existing registration' button at the top of this page. 
• Enter the same email address you used to register for the fair and fill in any remaining information.
• Click 'Save and Continue' until you reach the confirmation page. 
• If this is the first time you’ve completed your registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration.

A few days before the fair is live, university booths will be available for preview and you can start browsing through all the resources, links and documents the institutions have provided.

You'll need to log into this fair home page to start connecting with the university representatives during the live fair. 

Logging in

• Log into the fair by clicking on the 'Login' button on the top right of this page. 
• Enter your email address and you will receive an email with your unique link to access and enjoy the fair!

Each participating university at this CIS University Exploration Day has created a virtual booth including lots of information such as videos, documents, links, contact information and other resources. But most importantly, you can connect with these representatives by finding their virtual booth and clicking on the 'Start chatting' button and speak to them directly. 

A few days before the fair is live we will send you an e-mail notifying you that the virtual university booths are available for preview. This way you can start browsing through the different participating universities and determine with whom you want to talk with when the fair is live. 

Once available, you can browse through the booths at any hour of the day - you can come back at any time to view all their resources. Live interaction is only available during the live fair hours. 

You must be registered and logged in to browse university booths. 

Finding a university booth during the CIS University Exploration Day

• Log into the fair by clicking on the 'Login' button on the top right of this page. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with your unique link to access and enjoy the fair!
• Use the 'University Fair' tab in the virtual platform to access the Live University Fair and visit the booths.
• Utilize the filters tool to find universities that fit your needs or use the search bar to browse institutions you already know. You can narrow your options by institution size, location, programs, and more! 
• Each booth has the same information layout, so you can quickly find information in each one and compare side-by-side.

Text or Video Chat

• Representatives from each university will be available via the 'Start chatting' button during the posted fair dates and times.
• If a representative is not available when you need them, use the 'Meet Later' or 'Contact Us' buttons to schedule a time for a one-on-one meeting with them.

The virtual university booths and their resources are available until 30 June 2022. Log-in at any time to view the university booths. 

We have great Educational Sessions planned for you. You must be registered and logged in to view these sessions and their recordings.

Joining a Live Educational Session

• Once you are logged in, click on the 'Educational Sessions' tab in the virtual fair platform.  
• Select the 'Join' button next to the presentation you want to watch. 
• A new window will open up directing you to the live session.
